REFUND ,Return & Cancellation Policy

 

Returns & Replacements:

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

If you have a size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 3 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email our customer care executive at [email protected] along with your complete order details and issues. 

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

  • You can request for a replacement for your order within 3 days after an order has been delivered.
  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact;
  • The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition; and
  • The Product is returned along with the original packaging.
  • In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled or damaged

Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.

 Cancellation of orders:

  • You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  • Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
  • After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your Bank.  You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the order.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to [email protected] and we will see if we can work it out for you.
  • We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refund of the amount to your bank account.

Refunds:

  • We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send you new ones due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at [email protected] along with the details of the order, nature of issues, and photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery. 
  • In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then GypsyRaga will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
  • However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
  • Please note the applicable shipping charges shall not be refunded to you.
