What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. For more details, please see our gypsyraga return policies.
  3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with gypsyraga refund policy be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Gypsyraga account (as a gypsyraga coupon).

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from gypsyraga.com. However, you can only return items explicitly identified as “returnable” on the product detail page. Please refer to the Return policies page to know which categories are “non-returnable” and the specific return windows for categories eligible for return.

Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is : –

  • Physically damaged.
  • Has missing products.
  • Different from its description on the product detail page.

The order failed but my money got deducted.

  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

Are there any hidden charges?

No there are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

How can i confirm that my order is placed successfully?

You will get a confirmation email on the email id you provided. You should also be able view processing orders on your account order page.
